Midori® melon liqueur
1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
1/2 oz Jagermeister® herbal liqueur
Add sweet and sour & Midori to a shaker w/ice, shake and strain. Layer in razzberry liqueur and jager. Razzberry should go to the bottom and jager should float on top. Works best in Martini glass.
Irish Car Bomb
1/2 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey’s)
1/2 pint (Guinness Stout) Guinness Stout
1/2 oz. Whiskey, Irish (Jameson)
Glassware:

How To Make It:
Pour 1/2 pint of chilled Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug. Let it settle, then layer a shot glass with 1/2 oz. of Irish whiskey on the bottom, and 1/2 oz. of Irish cream on top. Drop the shot into mug, and chug.
Adios Mother Fu*%er
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz rum
1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
2 oz sweet and sour mix
2 oz 7-Up® soda
Pour all ingredients except the 7-Up into a chilled glass filled with ice cubes. Top with 7-Up and stir gently.
For the shot, just nix the 7-Up® soda

How to Make It:
Sex on the Beach started out as a shot, but this stuff tastes so good, people started demanding it in full-size drink form. It has since evolved into a highball. The recipe above is for the full-size recipe, to be served in a Highball glass.
Fill your glass with ice. In a mixing cup, add your ingredients. Shake vigorously and pour over ice.
For the shot/shooter version of Sex on the Beach, simply strain the ingredients into a shot glass.
Stealth Bomber
In a shaker add

Cable Car
Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz Captain Morgan’s Rum
3/4 oz Orange Curacao
1 1/4 oz Sweet and sour
How To Make It:
File a shaker with ice and add all the ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass rimmed with sugar and cinnamon. Garnish with an orange spiral twist.
Day at the Beach
Ingredients:
1 oz Coconut rum
1/2 oz
4 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Grenadine
How To Make It:
Shake Rum, Amaretto, and Orange Juice in a shaker filled with ice. Strain over ice into a highball glass. Add Grenadine and garnish with a Pineapple Wedge and a Strawberry.
Nik A La
1/2 cup Ice
2/3 cup Whiskey
1/4 cup Vodka
1/2 cup Coconut Rum
0.125 ounce Gin
How To Make It:
Blend ingredients to crush ice and serve in a coffee mug.
Pina Colada
4 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 oz. coconut cream
1 1/2 oz. gold rum
Maraschino cherry

How To Make It:
Take all your ingredients except for the fruit and throw them in a shaker or blender with some cracked ice. Mix it up until it is a nice slushy consistency. Pour mixture into a chilled Collins glass.
Now, take your fruit and garnish that baby to make it look pretty. Remember, make your drinks look good and you’ve already won half the battle.
Bacardi Cocktail
2 jiggers Bacardi Rum
Juice of 1/2 Lime
2 dashes Sugar syrup
Shake well with ice and strain
Aftershock
5 cl. Drambuie
5 cl. Coconut Rum
5 cl. Cherry Brandy
10 cl. Lemonade
Pour the ingredients into the glass and stir.
Honeysuckle
1 tablespoon Lime Juice
1 tablespoon Honey Syrup
2 oz. Cruzan Estate white rum
Shake with ice and strain into a Martini glass.
Tropical Rum Slush
1 12-ounce can frozen orange juice
1 12-ounce can frozen lemonade
1 12-ounce can frozen limeade
1 16-ounce package frozen strawberries
1 bottle of rum (750 milliliters)
Water to cover
Pour all these ingredients (except the water) into a one gallon plastic container. Shake it up! Then take the water and fill it to the top of the container. Seal it up. Freeze it overnight!When it’s time for your party, scoop it into old-fashioned or highball glasses. Hell, even Dixie cups would work. Prepare to have people freak out over how awesome this is.
Alternate BLENDER version. Skip the water. Pour all the ingredients into the blender. Make sure the frozen stuff is still frozen. Throw in some ice. Blend it. Serve it. Get creative.
Dark Rum Julep
6 whole Mint Leaf
2 whole Sugar Cube
1 1/2 ounces Dark Rum
Crush mint leaves and sugar cubes in a large highball glass together with the back of your bar spoon. Fill with crushed ice, pour in liquor, stir well, and garnish with a mint sprig.
Mojito
2 ounces White Rum
1/2 ounce Lime Juice
1 teaspoon Sugar
6 whole Mint Leaf
2 ounces Soda Water
Put juice and sugar into a highball glass and stir until dissolved. Rub mint leaves on inside of the glass and discard. Fill with crushed ice and rum, stir. Top with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
